This Shipping policy refers to delivery of the products that are ordered from Promo Concept.

The products you ordered from Promo Concept will be delivered in the way that you have chosen when completing the order.

The products will be delivered with dispatch note, invoice for payment and warranty (if such exists for the product ordered).

The products will be delivered to the address you have stated as a delivery address.

The products will be delivered in compliance with the chosen delivery method in the selected delivery deadline that you have chosen while completing the order. 

If delivery representative fails to find the recipient at the specified delivery address, on the address specified for delivery written note will be left that an attempt was made along with contact information and another attempt will be made for the recipient or the customer to be contacted using the information available when making the order.

For any problems with delivery, if direct contact with the store does not give the desired result, you have the reclamation system of Shopping centre available where you can officially submit the problem and it will be expressly resolved.
